• Digital Business Card Profile Data: Full name, job title, company name, direct telephone numbers, contact email address, physical office/business address, Google review URLs, social media profiles, profile photos, and cover banners.
• Physical NFC Shipping Destination: Recipient name, street address, apartment/unit, city, state/province, postal/ZIP code, and country for dispatching the 2 free custom-programmed keychain NFC tags.
• Account Credentials: Email address and encrypted authentication credentials used to access your Owner Dashboard.
• Billing Information: Payments are processed directly through Stripe, Inc. Tyler Ziegler does not store, process, or retain raw credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

Your information is used strictly to fulfill the Digital Business Card Service operated by Tyler Ziegler:

• Publishing and hosting your live digital card at /c/[slug].
• Enabling visitors to download your contact card as a standard .vcf (vCard 3.0) file.
• Encoding your unique card URL into your 2 free physical keychain NFC tags.
• Shipping your physical tags via courier carrier to your destination address.
• Managing active subscription cycles ($10/month or $100/year) and payment statuses.

4 Information Sharing & Third Parties

Tyler Ziegler does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with essential infrastructure partners required to deliver the service:

• Stripe: Payment processing and Customer Billing Portal management.
• Shipping Couriers: Delivery carriers (USPS/Canada Post/FedEx/UPS) receive your shipping address to deliver your keychain tags.

5 Data Retention & Your Controls

You retain complete ownership of your data. Through your Owner Dashboard, you may edit, update, unpublish, or delete your card information at any time. If you wish to permanently terminate your account and wipe all records, you may submit a request directly to the operator.
